We will usually reply within 20-30 minutes to messages and e-mails. We will always answer your call 24/7!
Booking is fast and simple. All we will ask for is your name, location, and a general idea of what you need hauled away. Then we will set up an appointment to provide a free on-site estimate. Sometimes we are able to provide a free estimate over the phone, but it may not be as accurate as an on-site estimate.
How does pricing and payment work?
Remember, estimates will always be completely free of charge. Our estimates will include the labor to haul the items out of your home and onto the truck, appropriate disposal fees, taxes and insurance. Hazardous materials such as paints, chemicals and tires are priced separately.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks and Zelle payments. There are NO fees for paying with credit card.
Payment is accepted once we have loaded everything up and ready to go.
The price does not include an OPTIONAL tip. Tipping the crew is not mandatory or expected. The crews work hard and do their best to provide excellent service. You are welcomed to tip if you'd like to do it as an extra 'Thank You' for their efforts!
What do we take?
We can haul away anything from furniture to exercise machines, TV sets to books, clothing to construction debris.
We can haul away hazardous material such as paints, cleaners and tires.
We do not accept fuel, explosives or anything nuclear!
What to expect before, during, and after the pick up
Before we arrived, we will give you a 20-30 minute heads up call to let you know we are on the way. We will always arrive within the appointment window.
During our pick-up appointment we'll be able to answer any questions you may have. Once all questions are answered, you can show us what items need to be hauled away. Remember that our Lion Strong Team Members will do all the lifting. All you need to do it show us where the items are. We will put down any protective floor protection if necessary. We will also remove anything that is in the way to move the items. You don't need to prep the path or area, we will do this ourselves. We are able to disassemble any items that are too big for the doorway. You are welcomed to watch or check in at any point during the process. We will load the items safety onto the truck and play Tetris with them to make sure we can fit as much as we can.
After the items are loaded. We will collect payment and answer any last questions you may have. You may now be able to enjoy the freed up space. The stress of having your unwanted junk will disappear!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are! We have insurance coverage for our team members, your property, and our vehicles. This applies to both residential and commercial pick ups.
Can I cancel or rebook my appointment?
Yes, there is no charge to cancel or rebook your appointment if we have not started to load any items.
Do I have to be on-site?
We'll be able to pick up the items even if you're not on-site as long as the items are in an easily accessible pick up area. We will collect payment over the phone once everything is loaded up.
